Cancellation Policy:

– 60 to 30 days before arrival, 30% reduction of the reservation;

– 30 to 15 before check-in reduced to 50% of the total reservation;

– 15 to 7 days before deduction of 75% of the total reservation;

– 7 days before deduction of 100% of the total reservation.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in every part of the apartment.
2. Respect the silence from 10 p.m.
3. Do not leave the lights and air conditioning on when you leave. We also thank you for the
   environment.
4. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
5. Foreigners or service providers may not enter without prior approval.
6. Be careful when using the apartment like if it’s your own.
7. In the event of damage, it is your responsibility
   and the costs will be charged.
8. Respect the common space throughout the building and promote the
   well-being of all residents.

8. Respecteer de gemeenschappelijke ruimte in het hele gebouw en bevorder het welzijn van alle bewoners.

6. Seja cuidadoso no uso do apartamento como se fosse seu.
7. No caso de algo danificado é da sua responsabilidade.
8. Respeite o espaço comum em todo o edifício promovendo o bem estar com todos os moradores.
